College Fencing Schools – NCAA

You are currently viewing College Fencing Schools – NCAA

For over 70 years, the NCAA has been holding tournaments for collegiate fencers across the United States. Some of the best young fencers can be found at schools like within the NCAA.

Schools from colleges and universities from across the country gather annually for the NCAA fencing championship, but only a few D1 schools repeatedly make it to the top.

Since the number of participants in the NCAA for fencing isn’t as high as some other sports, all three divisions compete with each other

Collegiate team tournaments are used to decide which fencers will fence for the NCAA championship, as well as a school’s overall performance. Points are rounded up for each fencer to determine their total individual score and are also added together to find the school’s score. Vladimir Nazlymov – 561 points
